Grillin' Out!

Our gas grill was in storage since we moved to France but tonight, we got it out and fired it up for the first time. Josh made us some delicious steaks on the grill and we now feel more than ready for summer!

A brief but furious storm caused the temperature to drop from 82 to 66 in about 15 minutes but we still managed a very nice evening. Anne-Héloïse, the little French girl, joined us for dinner tonight.

It was her 11th birthday and we wanted to make sure that she felt very special today. We had a great time with her and presented her with a St. Louis School t-shirt so she can look just like the other kids at school.

I worked in the school cafeteria all day and suddenly found myself agreeing to be the Vice President for the PTO for next year which would mean that I will be the President for the following year! Hope that I haven't gotten myself in over my head!
