Wow! Today was great! I think that it got up to 83 degrees and we were out in it all day long. Max had a friend spend the night last night and after a big breakfast of pancakes and sausage, the kids got busy playing outside. Josh got up early and took his boat out on the lake for the first time of the season and had a nice long sail. I worked in the yard while all of the kids hooked up with friends from the neighborhood and played football, rode bikes, had watergun fights, etc. When Josh got home, he took Max for a long hike through the woods which is one of Max's favorite things to do. They hiked for almost 2 hours and Max proudly showed off all of his scratches that he received from thorny bushes along the route. Josh then cleaned out the garage while I went for a long run. Calvin and Josh played a long round of catch yesterday in the yard any time that it wasn't raining.
