Tabitha tells me that I should get a job, I'm enjoying cooking way too much! I am enjoying cooking, but I have always enjoyed cooking, I just never had as much time to do it! Plus, the food here is so great that it just invites me to cook! This was our dinner tonight! Everyone loved it and it was great fun to make.
I'm not sure that the medicine I got yesterday helped at all because I am still coughing so much that I really can't carry on a conversation or sleep at night.... Sigh.... It's getting old.....
Anyway, this morning started out with dense, dense fog, especially out by our house as we are so close to the water. It was pretty fun to look at but not too easy to drive in. It also made me realize that we will never know if our school is delayed or cancelled or anything because we have no idea how to find out! The fog hung around until after lunch and then cleared off to reveal a beautiful fall day.
When I pick Max and Calvin up from school these days, they are always surrounded by a big group of kids and they are heavily involved in Pokemon card trading. They love it! The French kids are thrilled to get the American cards and the American kids are thrilled to get the French cards. It is fun to watch!
