Today was about 50 degrees and rainy for most of the day. The little boys had school this morning while Tabitha had her horseback riding lesson and Quincy had a basketball game. Josh and I spent the day packing, taking down light fixtures (that we just put up a few weeks ago) and taking down window treatments in preparation for our move. After school, Max went home with his friend, Simon. They had a great day of playing and snacks. Simon's mom and big sister took them to a big, local indoor pool. I had sent along Max's swimsuit and towel. When Max came home, he told me that he wasn't allowed to wear his "boxer-style" suit at the pool, he had to borrow one of Simon's "tight" ones. When I asked why, he told me that it was a rule of the pool. Taba chimed in with the fact that when they do swimming during gym class at school, all of the boys are required to wear Speedo's! I guess that's why we see those all over the beach in the summer, the French are trained at an early age!
