Wie Geht's?

Did I confuse you with that title? Yes, that is German. Both Calvin and Quincy are taking German in school this year so I get to brush off my dusty skills and help them out. Kind of fun but boy, does it get confusing when the directions and prompts are in French! Whew! A bit much for my old brain to handle.
Quincy is running for class president this week. He's pretty confident that he will win but he's pretty confident about everything he does so we'll just have to see how it all turns out on Thursday. He doesn't have to make a speech but he has been doing some campaigning.
I saw a very sad and unbelievable sight today... A couple of months ago, our "Target" store installed a separate freezer for Ben and Jerry's ice cream. We Americans were thrilled to see this because although French ice cream is very, very good.... they just don't put all the flavor combinations together like good ole' Ben and Jerry's. Anyway, today, I went back to that store to do a bit of shopping and to pick up some Ben and Jerry's. I was horrified to discover that that same freezer was now sitting there empty and unplugged!! Can it be true that not enough actually sold so they have stopped carrying it???!
