The First Olympics!

Wow, today has just been a dream come true. I have always wanted to see Greece and today, we were able to do just that. Our boat landed in Katakolon this morning. We then took a bus about 25 minutes away to Olympia where we were able to learn much about the ancient Olympic games and explore the archaelogical site. We then headed back to Katakolon where we enjoyed some of the local music, dancing and food before hitting some of the little shops. Just fantastic!! Greece is beautiful but certainly dry and hot at this time of the year. The kids are having a ball. Especially Quincy who has been a huge Greek mythology fan all of his life. This afternoon, we are cruising by various Greek islands on our way to Turkey. The little boys are doing all sorts of fun activities with the Kids' club on board while we hang out with Quincy and Tabitha. What a nice, relaxing way to enjoy the world!!
