Not much going on here today since Calvin was home sick with a bad cold. We just spent the day together while everyone else was at school and work. We did try to catch up with all the news reports on Hurricane Ike. Hard to believe that even northern Ohio is suffering from results of the wind and rain. Hope all of our Texas friends are doing okay! I did catch up briefly today with my friend, Sabine who gave me some more French real estate insight. Her clients that our looking to move to Vannes have been told by all of the real estate agents that they have talked to, that they will not show them any houses at all until either their house is sold in Quimper or they are ready to take out a bridge loan. The agents will not "waste their time" if they are not ready to buy! Wow! This is serious stuff over here.
