After a long and emotional day, I am tired and grumpy. Too many good-byes and seeing our French adventure being put into boxes. The packers were to arrive "first thing in the morning" today so we went to the house and waited, and waited, and waited.... They finally showed up at 2:15 and got right to work. With only one smoke break, they were finished promptly at 6 p.m. and will come again tomorrow. They did complete the upstairs but there is still a long way to go on the main floor and basement. Max and Quincy were entertained by friends all day but Calvin and Tabitha were as bored and restless as I was. It's going to be a long week...

I would be insane with that kind of stuff. Deb was bad enough and she was only usually 15-30 minutes late. That drives me nuts.
