Time to Organize!

Okay, where do I begin? How do you look around your house and decide what you will not need for the next 3 years? This week and the beginning of next, I need to sort and organize to decide exactly what needs to go and what needs to stay as our shipment of stuff that will be shipped by sea to France will be packed and shipped at the end of next week. We are aiming for a departure date from the States of Friday, August 17. Our sea shipped stuff will take 6-8 weeks to arrive in France so we want to give it as much of a head start as we can. Ughhh! This is nuts!
I have included a picture a map of the portion of France where we will live so you can see all the towns that I have made a reference to. I put a small black star by Port Anna where our home is located. Sene, which I circled in black, is the closest village and the location of Max and Calvin's school, it is 3 miles from our house. Vannes is the larger city, circled in green where Quincy and Taba will go to school.
We were sooooo happy to see the kids and just hang out yesterday!! Quincy and Tabitha seemed to have had a great week with Grandma and got spoiled by both Grandma and Grandpa. Max hung out with the other Grandma and Grandpa and kept them hoppin'! He loved being with them and only got sad one time in the 8 days that he was without his family. Calvin loooooooved asthma camp! He got to ride horses, sing campfire songs, do crafts, go kayaking, swim in a lake and play with lots of little animals. He even got the only bullseye in his group while doing archery!! This week is another adventure for all.... Josh left early this morning to begin working in Batesville until we leave for France. Quincy went to Notre Dame yesterday for basketball camp with his friend, Max. Tabitha went to a YMCA camp for equestrian camp. This morning, Max and Calvin started day camp at Purdue. Everyone was very excited! This frees me up to get busy around the house!
FYI... if you click on the pictures, they will enlarge to become full size.
