Guitar Concert

This afternoon, Calvin was the lead character in a play that his literature class put on. It was a very cute play, sort of a modern day spoof on Snow White. Calvin remembered all of his lines and did a very nice job.

This evening was the semi-annual recital for Max's guitar lessons. His teacher teaches 40 kids either voice, guitar or piano. The recital was 2 hours long but very nicely done and everyone was rewarded with homemade baked goods afterwards so no one could really complain. We were very proud of Max, he performed both of his songs without mistakes and didn't get nervous in front of all the parents and other kids in attendance. Grandma came down to enjoy the show with us.
