Tabitha's team played again tonight. They tied 1-1 in a long, hot game. Tabitha played well and there were no injuries so everything was fine. Leo was annoyed that I wouldn't leave the game and take him home after his tennis practice so he had to wait around for almost two hours and he was not happy. Ah, the life of an only child is not easy when you are suddenly one of five!
I worked five hours today - at my paying job! Crazy, eh? Anyway, because all of my patients are employees of or family members of an employee of Batesville Casket, we have some of the strangest conversations... My patient today told me that her job entails "stapling the large bodies into the caskets". What?????!!!! She obviously didn't mean actual "bodies" but "bodies of stiffened fabric". Whew...
