Un, Deux, Trois.... Soleil!

Our kids are certainly getting the whole French thing!! It sure makes me proud (and amazed!) Quincy got his report card today for the first quarter and he got a 17.5 out of 20 as his total grade for all of his classes. The class average was a 17/20! Better than average when you don't speak the language is pretty darn good! When I picked up the little boys from school, they were quite happily playing Un, Deux, Trois, Soleil with a large group of friends. This is the French version of Red Light, Green Light. Tabitha now always greets me in French when I pick her up and asks how my day was, etc before reverting back to English.... Pretty cool! Max wore his rain boots to school today as we are now on our 3rd long day of rain. He said all the kids here wear their boots all day long, so he did too! Looks pretty French, I think!
Oh, anyone interested in more information on that giant catamaran that I saw yesterday in our port, you can go to this site that Josh's dad found.....http://tinyurl.com/yudjnf
