Crossword Puzzles

One thing that is really not easy to do in a language that is not your own is crossword puzzles. Tabitha had to do one as a homework assignment this evening. Whew! That really put us all to the test. We are lucky if we know one word to answer a clue, let alone multiple synonyms! Anyway, with the efforts of all 6 of us, 2 dictionaries and the internet, we were able to get all but one question answered. Sure hope that is good enough.....
Today, I spent the entire day trapped at home. The owner of our house decided to replace 3 of the radiators in the bedrooms so I had a plumber here all day. He did leave for lunch at 12:30, telling me that he would return after lunch. Silly me, I thought that would be before 4:15 so after taking Coco for a walk, I waited around the house from 1:30 on....
